Our doctors for the most part are fantastic. They really respected our role. However, Tenet was miserable. Micromanaging to the point where you couldn't even do your job. The pay for the area is absolutely ridiculous. The turn over rate should've raised red flags, but instead we were forced to work an insane amount of overtime with little appreciation. During COVID, you had to fight and prove your case for clean PPE. They furloughed a ton of staff, but patient load increased. We got several pizza parties during that though. When I decided to leave, HR decided suddenly that I was worth a pay raise. I still left. Honestly, I should've been paid that the entire time. I will say that the health insurance is great compared to others. My coworkers were great, but a lot of them left too. You can't expect to keep people if you treat them badly.
