My AGM, GM, and HR person on speaker are all in the office. I sit down and my GM tells me that this guy is threatening legal action, and that we are in the business of hospitality. That we have to be empathetic, and understanding. At which point I respond that yes, my job is hospitality, but how is it fair for any of us to have to deal with this constant disrespect. At what point is it not okay for that to be an excuse to be treated like crap? Everyday feeling like you have to put your mental and physical well being second, or risk your job. I mentioned how our desk is made up almost entirely of new people, because everybody was sick of how these people treat us. And tired of how management and ownership doesn't do anything to stop it.
