Working closely with RSN's Safeguarding and Wellbeing Lead Practitioner to respond to safeguarding concerns and build the team's expertise and ability to manage complex cases, the Head of Wellbeing will oversee referrals to the programme: communicating with referral partners, conducting initial assessments with the allocated support worker and triaging contact from self referrals. In addition to ensuring the quality of support work provided and the health of the team, this post holder will be responsible for ensuring that the programme meets its targets, both in terms of numbers reached and outcomes achieved. Working closely with the Head of Finance and Operations and Head of Programmes they will oversee and manage the programme budget, write funding applications to trusts and foundations for their programme, and lead on reporting and donor liaison for their programme's funders. The postholder will develop and undertake their role through the lens of our organisational ethos, seeking to embed and uphold RSN's values across all their work streams.
